2012 Rates

January, February, or March	$3,000 per month*
April	$2,800 per month*
May or June	$2,000 per month*
July or August	$1,800 per month*
September or October	$2,000 per month*
November or December	$2,500 per month*

Rates may be discounted for long-term rentals.

*In addition to the monthly rental fee please include:

10% Florida state tax
$125 cleaning fee
$135 association facility usage fee including one electronic access card for pool entrance and main gate.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks in US funds.

Policies

No pets allowed.

No smoking in unit or on unit lanai.

Minimum rental period is 30 days.

$500 rental security deposit is required.

We cannot confirm reservations until our signed contract is received with payment of the security deposit. Near-term reservations also may require full rental payment.

Full payment must be received not less than 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and the security deposit will be forfeited.

The $500 rental security deposit will be returned to guests within 21 days of their departure and after the rental manager has inspected the property.
